1. Decision of the Academic Appeals Panel
The hearing officer will issue a written decision to the parties, instructor and student, explaining its finding and accompanying rationale, with recommended sanctions, if applicable.
The decision of the Academic Appeals Panel is final. The hearing officer will inform the student and appropriate University officials of the Academic Appeals Panel's decision.
