1. Decision of the Hearing Panel
The hearing panel will issue a written decision to the parties, instructor and student, explaining its finding and accompanying rationale, with recommended sanctions, if applicable.
The decision of the Appeal Hearing Panel is final. The hearing officer will inform the student and appropriate University Officials of the Appeal Hearing Panel's decision.
